Rice paper was invented for a long time and there are various ways to make food with it like rolling or grilling. Make a salad with it, why not ?. Rice paper salad is a common food with teenagers, especially with students. With high percentage of carb, rice paper can make you full with small amount but also with the cheap price ( around $0,57). Tropical taste is what I want to say about Banh Trang Tron’s taste. Julienne mango, Vietnamese coriander, quail eggs, beef liver ( can be replaced with dried beef or squid ), tiny shrimp, peanut, crispy fried shallot, sweet chilli sauce, lime or kumquat juice and the most important thing – Tay Ninh shrimp salt. With a small bag of Banh Trang Tron, it includes 4 flavour are sour, spicy, salty and sweet which is wonderful for cheap-priced food, right ?
Small tip: Can replace quail eggs with egg for fatty taste.

Com Tam on the sidewalk is always be the first choice where the “real” is presented from the smell of the grill to the steam of the cooked rice.
Small tip: Tra da/ iced tea must be included to fulfil your perfect meal

Wow, your posts got me surprised because of all the rare dishes in Vietnam, especially the Offal stew that you mentioned above. Actually, I have never tried it before and I really wonder what ingredients are processed in the Offal stew? And for the egg coffee, I used to try it out once when I had a chance traveling to Ha Noi but it was not as delicious as I expected, so do you have any recommendations of any nice and tasty egg coffee shop?
Thank you very much for your response and have a nice day, Chloe!
